Where should we watch fireworks (both July 3 & 4)?
Here are some options, plus even more holiday #wheekend fun!

For celebrations below, fireworks are on Friday, July 3:
Guttenberg, Iowa – Fireworks at approximately 9:30 p.m.
More fun: The weekend-long “Stars & Stripes Celebration” also includes food vendors, a beverage garden, kids’ games and inflatables, face painting, music, and a parade. Prizes to be awarded. This year’s theme is “Rockin’ on the River.”

Marquette, Iowa riverfront – Fireworks at Dusk
More fun: Classic, small-town celebration full of pride and joy. A Barber Shop Quartet serenades the public before the fireworks Friday night. Events on Saturday, July 4, 2015, include a 2 pm parade, followed by music and a flea market. There will also by bouncy houses for the kids.

West Union Recreation Center – Fireworks at Dusk
More fun: Bruce Bearinger Band, bouncy house, “Extreme Jungle Gym” inflatable, Miss West Union crowning at 7 pm, games, food vendors, and more.

Rochester, Minnesota, Silver Lake Park – Fireworks at 8:30 pm
More fun: Chuck Blattner directing the Rochester Concert Band at the Silver Lake Park soccer field. The concert is FREE to the public and will precede the fireworks.

Spillville, Iowa, Inwood Ballroom – Fireworks at 9:30 pm

Bluffton, Iowa – Fireworks at Dusk

Harmony, Minnesota Fourth of July Celebration – Fireworks at dusk
More fun: Events all weekend! Karaoke, 5K, kiddie pedal pull, water balloon war, Jim Busta and Molly B, ice cream social, bingo, fireworks, and more!

Harpers Ferry, Iowa – Fireworks at dusk
More fun: The day begins with a Firecracker 5K Run/Walk and ends with the American Legion fireworks display.

Garnavillo, Iowa, City Park – Fireworks at dusk
Details: Events all weekend. Ice cream social, teddy bear parade, 5K walk/run, live music, parade, pageant, food, games, & contests before the fireworks.

Riverfest, La Crosse, Wisconsin – Fireworks at 10 pm
More fun: Riverfest runs from July 1-4, with music, entertainment, crafts, and family fun each day.
